Vater produces professional drumsticks and mallets. They began
making drumsticks in 1956 in Boston, MA, at Jack’s Drum Shop at the
rate of 6 pairs per day. By the 1980’s, the company was designing and
manufacturing sticks for Vic Firth and Zildjian, until they launched
the Vater brand in 1992. Today, they are considered one of the best
drumstick manufacturers in the business. |
